All Levels Vinyasa

This all levels yoga class will challenge you and bring you to new levels of ease and relaxation, while developing your strength and flexibility. We will explore breath and movement in way that teaches you to find optimal alignment for your body, all while having fun and building community. Learn to flow in yoga with awareness as we move mindfully from pose to pose in a skillful way. Find ways to work hard and keep your body safe from injury. The focus is asana but some pranayama and meditation will be integrated into the practice as well.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow flow is a slower paced vinyasa class allowing you to explore your body through movement and breath without being rushed into the next pose. You will move mindfully while building heat, strength and balance with ease on the mat. This class focuses on slowing down our pace, connecting to our breath and body while letting go of any visual idea of what our practice should look like. Sometimes flowing slower with intention can be more challenging than an all levels vinyasa!

Gentle Yoga

This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced students. This slow moving class has a heavy focus on breath, awareness and gentle heart opening. Class will consist of slow moving, gentle holds, breathwork and meditation.

“Girl Power” Teen Yoga

This is a beginner’s yoga class focused on empowering young women to find their inner strength and beauty through yoga. This class will focus on breath, light stretching, asana poses with some movement and meditation. This is a great class to introduce your teen to the benefits of yoga in a safe and caring environment.

Mellow Yoga

Beginning with the cultivation of breath followed by deep stretching and working slowly into postures. This class is designed to release tension from tight muscles, with movement and breath. Whether you are looking to connect with your body, are new to yoga, or are an advanced practitioner looking to unwind from a long week, this class is for you.

Mindful Yoga

Cultivating awareness is the basis for mental, physical and spiritual well-being. The intention of this class is to foster an inclusive approach to yoga by integrating contemplative practices of self-inquiry with strengthening postures and dynamic stretching. Though this lens of practice we can learn to bring our attention to the habitual patterns in our life that cause us stress and develop fresh approaches to living with greater presence and ease. Classes begin or end with a short period of meditation.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a challenging, invigorating yoga class that moves to your breath. The sequence of yoga postures flow into one another through your breath, building strength, flexibility, unwinding tight joints and loosening muscles. This class is a complete mind and body experience that develops concentration, flexibility, strength and reduces stress.

Therapeutic Yoga

Yoga that focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the person: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Yoga therapy focuses on the path of Yoga as a healing journey that brings balance to the body and mind through an experiential understanding of the primary intention of yoga: awakening of spirit, our essential nature. Class will be a blend of therapeutic, yin and restorative.


Yin poses are held for 3-5 minutes using props for support to encourage the release of muscle, making Yin a perfect compliment to power yoga, running, weight training, cycling and other strenuous activity that works your muscles hard. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues-the tendons, fascia and ligaments-with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. They are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy that runs through the meridian pathways of the body improving organ health, immunity and emotional well-being. A meditative form of yoga that cultivates awareness of one's inner silence.

Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practice for the second half of the class. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your week.

Yoga Dance

Yoga dance combines the fluidity and rhythm of dance with the spirituality and awareness of yoga. Reconnecting you to your instinct and the joy of movement. Shaking it all out and letting everything go as we move to the music. Please bring your mat for the end of class.

Yoga Nidra

Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Guided imagery and body scanning are used to aid in deep relaxation.

Yoga Sculpt

This class will bring a mix of yoga postures and a combination of core work, barre, light hand weights and exercise balls that will help us explore ways to take our individual practices deeper. We will practice with strengthening and conditioning exercises while deepening the connection we have with the postures we've come to know so well (i.e. planks, standing and arm balances, downward facing dog and chaturanga). Lengthen, strengthen, tone and define with this fun yoga practice.
